Captain Douglas McNaughton Gosse worked on the CGS Estevan and for the Canadian Pacific British Columbia Coast Steamship Service.
Mr. Graeme arrived in Esquimalt in 1952. He was employed by the Municipality in the Public Works Dept. approximately October 1952 until 1966 when he retired as Municipal Engineer, moved to Victoria and established his own business.
Graeme provided an oral history in 1991. The transcript is available to view/copy at the Esquimalt Municipal Archives.

The Greater Victoria Cultural Centre Society was created to promote the establishment of a cultural centre at the Lampson Street School in Esquimalt. It was unsuccessful in its attempts.
George Edward Green was born May 25, 1920, in Bellevue, Alberta. He married Ellen Smith on June 1, 1942, and had two sons. In 1959 Mr. Green joined the Esquimalt Municipality. He was Foreman Mechanic at the time of his retirement in 1983.
Marjorie Green (nee Robinson) worked for Mrs. Peters at Macaulay Point 1932-1937.
Betty Gregory (nee Witmer) is a long-time resident of Esquimalt, B.C. The Witmer family owned Rex Store on Esquimalt Road.
Phyllis Pooley, known as Pep, was married to David Groos, former naval officer and member of Parliament for 10 years. Her grandmother, Elizabeth Wilhelmina Fisher, married Charles E. Pooley in 1869. Their son, Robert Henry Pooley was Phyllis' father. Her grandfather and father were both MLA's. Phyllis' mother was Laura Loewen. Following her death, R. H. Pooley married Mary Louise Tillinghast of Providence, R.I.
