Frank Bendall was born in Esquimalt, B.C., attended Lampson Street School until WW2 broke out. As a 15 year old, he began his career at Yarrows shipyards and worked there as a Storesman for 47 years until his retirement in 1987. He was an avid bowler and sport fisherman and was one of the original members of the Esquimalt Anglers Fishing Club. Frank and his wife Milly had four children.

Gwylm Baugh-Allen was born in Chilliwack, B.C., in 1890 and moved to Victoria in 1908 when his father, the Rev. Wilmot Baugh-Allen, was called to serve Christ Church Cathedral, and then St. Paul's Naval Church in Esquimalt, B.C. Gwylm Baugh-Allen was educated in Victoria and was called to the bar in 1917. He eventually became senior partner in the law firm of Jackson, Baugh-Allen and Ross. Gwilym Baugh-Allen died in 1980.

Ida Banfield (nee McAllister) was born in Seattle, Washington, and came to Victoria in 1919, settling in Esquimalt in 1922 where her father operated a confectionery. Ida McAllister married George Banfield of the Royal Canadian Navy in 1934 and they had four children. Ida Banfield was a life member of the Kiwaniannes. Lived at 474 Crittle St., 611 Pioneer St. & many rented homes. Now at 847 Carrie Rd.

Thomas's father, Fred Bailey, worked as a timekeeper in the Dockyards. Thomas and Isabella's daughter, D.J. Bailey, married into the Munro family. Her husband was an electrician and she became a teacher at Bank St. Elementary. They had 4 children: Lynne, Bruce, Robert, John.
