Gwilym Baugh-Allen was born in Chilliwack, B.C., in 1890 and moved to Victoria in 1908 when his father, the Rev. Wilmot Baugh-Allen, was called to serve Christ Church Cathedral, and then St. Paul's Naval Church in Esquimalt, B.C. Gwilym Baugh-Allen was educated in Victoria and was called to the bar in 1917. He eventually became senior partner in the law firm of Jackson, Baugh-Allen and Ross. Gwilym Baugh-Allen died in 1980.

Andrew William (Bill) Stewart was a long-time resident of Esquimalt, B.C. He lived here until 1993 when he sold his house at 511 Constance St. to Neighbourhood House. Bill was the son of Andrew Wallace (Andy) Stewart and Isobell Isbister Stewart, and brother to Charles (Charlie) and Robert Bob) Stewart.

Doris Evelyn Acreman Johnston was born in Victoria on November 11, 1921 to John (Jack) and Ethel Acreman. Doris married Archibald McLean Johnston in London, England on July 17, 1943. A son, Russell Stuart, was born December 6, 1947. Doris spent 2 years at Esquimalt High School and 2 years at Victoria High School. She graduated from the Sprott-Shaw Business School and was a medical secretary. Her father was Esquimalt's Chief of Police from 1926-1930.

Agnes (Nessie) Margaret Mitchell was born to William George Mitchell and Annie (Cameron) on February 7th, 1917. Nessie was married to her first husband, Frederick Thomas Scafe, in May,1937. He died suddenly a few months later. After returning home from overseas duty in 1946, Nessie boarded in Esquimalt with Josephine Godman on what is now Plaskett Place . She married Edward (Ted). G. Hart (b. 1908 in Victoria) in 1953. Ted passed away in 1993. Nessie passed away August 12, 2004.
