Fonds consists of Esquimalt Police Board records, including a 1979 group photograph, an Esquimalt Bicycle Registration Form, and records that were created or obtained during Bryan Mee's work with the Esquimalt Neighbourhood House, including photos of the Stewart family who previously lived in the Esquimalt Neighbourhood House building. Also included are 2 sketches drawn by local artist Gladys Durrant for one of her books.
