Blank notecard with sketch by Gladys Durrant depicting 857 Wollaston Street. Reverse reads "The only residence in Esquimalt designed by Francis Mawson Rattenbury was built in 1909 for Arthur Coles, a real estate broker. Mr. Coles served as Reeve on Esquimalt Council from 1916 to1919. Extensive interior renovations were made in 1993".
