Fonds consists of assorted documents accumulated by the donor while living in Esquimalt. These include programmes from the 50 year anniversary of municipal incorporation, a letter proposing amalgamation with of part of the View Royal area, and a document appointing a Justice of the Peace in Victoria. Fonds also includes a metal meter cover found in the donor's yard.
