Blank notecard with sketch by Gladys Durrant depicting Lampson Street School. The reverse reads " Built in 1903, declared unsound, and rebuilt in 1913, with Thomas Hooper as architect in the Georgian Revival style." It was closed in 1976 owing to declining enrolment. It was declared a Heritage Building in February 1990 and after extensive renovations reopened in the Spring of 1993".

Blank notecard with sketch by Gladys Durrant depicting 622 Head Street "Trafalgar House". The reverse reads " 622 Head Street was built c. 1920 for Arthur R. Wolfenden, son of Lt. Col. Richard Wolfenden, a member of the Royal Engineers. Trafalgar was declared a Heritage Building in April 1990 and has received interior renovations in 1992".

Blank notecard with sketch by Gladys Durrant depicting the Esquimalt Municipal Hall in its location in 1993 at 1229 Esquimalt Road. The reverse reads "…Built in 1927-29 in the Italianate Style - the architect was Ralph Berrill. It was dedicated 12 June, 1929, by The Hon. R.H. Pooley, Attorney General at the time. Some alterations and additions have been made to the original building".

He carved much of the 'gingerbread' decoration himself, as well as the interior work and furniture. It is Italianate in style, sometimes called Steamboat Gothic".
