Fonds consists of textual records from when the donor's family lived at 1162 Old Esquimalt Road (ca. 1935-1955) including, but not limited to, tax notices, construction blueprints of the house, and land registry mortgage papers. Fonds also includes photos of the donor in Esquimalt, on vacations around the world, and collected photos of Lampson St. School classes.

Collection consists of photographs and textual materials which primarily concern the naval travels of the collection's creator during the 1940s. Much of the content documents time spent on Royal Canadian Navy ships.
