Charles Simonds sold the Rattenbury-designed house at 851 Wollaston St. to Bill Patterson in 1993. Mr. Simonds purchased the home in 1984 from the estate of his aunt, Vera Easton, who shared ownership with her sister Kathleen Beresford until the latter's
