Biografie
Edith Milligan (Nee Driver) moved to Esquimalt from Vic West in 1907. After attending Victoria High School she passed through the Victoria Normal School. She taught three years in the country and three years at Lampson Street School.
Edith provided a written history in 1985. A copy can be viewed/obtained from the Esquimalt Municipal Archives.
