Durrant Bakery at 1315 Esquimalt Road. It was in business from 1925 to 1956. Picture was taken duruing a window decorating contest throughout the city and district to encourage buying of Empire goods. The Durrants won first prize in the Small Store cat

Ray's Food Market in 1984 at the corner of Esquimalt Road and Constance Avenue. Ray's Food Market was a grocery store that was formerly owned by Ray Squires, who passed away in 2002.
