Gift of Mary and Ralph Sandford; 1 accession donated in 1991. Mary Sandford was given the collection upon her uncle, Hugh Peters, death.

The fonds consists of photographs of Hugh Peters, the Peters family and home, and photographs of military vessels, buildings and activities in the Esquimalt area.
