Biographical history

Julien Joseph McGrath was born in Victoria, BC on December 26, 1922. He married Betty McGrath (nee Neilson) from Napanee, Ontario in 1948. Julien died in his home on Lugrin Place in Esquimalt on March 29, 2002 at the age of 79.
