Donor collected this photograph from Mrs. Pearce while researching the history of View Royal. Mrs. Pearce was the daughter of Duncan McTavish and granddaughter of Mrs G.A. McTavish; she passed away in 1984. Photo produced from glass 5x7" plate negative. Glass negative was never donated to archives. Donated to Esquimalt Municipal Archives, Accession 993-010.
