Biographical history
William E. John married Maxine on March 21, 1954. They have two children: Louise Frances Ann and Esther Fay Anita. He worked as a photographer with the R.C.N. in Esquimalt for 21 years and spent 15 years with the Daily Colonist. He was also contracted by the Township as a photographer for municipal functions, such as the 75th Anniversary booklet. He has also given a large collection to the City of Victoria Archives. Deceased April 4, 2000.
