Biographical history

William James Edgington was a building inspector for 36 years, 33 years for the Esquimalt Municipality. He and his wife, Evangeline, lived in Esquimalt for 69 years.

Bill provided an oral history in 1991. A transcript can be viewed/obtained from the Esquimalt Municipal Archives.
